Protecting your personal data is important to me. I only process your data in accordance with applicable laws (GDPR, German DDG). This privacy policy explains the key aspects of how data is processed on this website.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you visit the site, Cloudflare may process your IP address for technical reasons. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF).

4. Analytics, tracking, and cookies

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free analytics tool provided by the hosting provider Cloudflare (see section 3). Only aggregated usage data is collected (page views, referrer, browser, operating system, country). There is no individual visitor tracking or cross-site tracking. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in analyzing website usage). For more information, see Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Beyond that, this website uses no additional tracking tools or advertising cookies. A session cookie (crontiger_session) is set when you log in. This cookie is HttpOnly and is used solely for authentication.

5. Account and monitoring data

When you register, I store your name and email address. Monitoring data (URLs, check results, alerts) is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database in the EU. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance).

6. Email delivery

For sending login links and alert emails, I use Resend (resend.com). Resend processes your email address solely for the purpose of sending emails. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

7. Payment processing

Payments are processed via Stripe (stripe.com). Stripe processes your payment data directly. I only store your Stripe Customer ID. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. Contact [email protected] for any requests.

9. Data retention

Monitoring data is automatically deleted after the retention period (7-90 days depending on plan). You can request full account deletion at any time.
